Please read and agree to the entire terms of our Affiliate agreement and our Affiliate Managers TOS and policies before enrolling.  Below is a brief (not all inclusive) list of items to comply with and be aware of. Thank you.

• We do not allow Affiliate bidding on our Company (Or products we sell) names. website names, etc.

• Our Affiliates are considered Contractors for tax purposes and as such, are responsible for any taxes due on their commissions. Whether or not you receive a 1099 for your commissions, you are still responsible for the taxes due.

• Our Affiliates are paid commissions, generally via Direct Deposit and may require an active banking account or PayPal account.

• We reserve the right to accept/deny any applicant based upon any reason, and to change or terminate  the Terms and Conditions of the program (including Manager, Commission Rates, etc.) at anytime.
