Use

Shake Bottle Thoroughly

Depress rubber and fill the dropper full.

Place dropper under tongue and squeeze the liquid out.

Hold liquid under tongue for 1 Minute. Swallow what does not absorb after a minute.

Do not eat, drink, or chew anything for at least 5 minutes after taking the oil.

Dosage

It is important to remember that every person is different and responds to the product differently based upon many factors such as metabolism, body composition, health, etc.

We are not physicians, nor pharmacists, however a typical method for determining dose is to select a starting strength based upon your needs and increase weekly until you achieve the desired results. Please ask your Heath Care Provider for recommendations on which strength to start with.

Periodically, as with other substances, you may develop a small tolerance to your dosage. In that case you can either begin increasing your dosage again or stop taking your dose for a short period (1 to 2 weeks) and resume your dosage.

Storage

Store the tincture bottle at room temperature or less. There is no need to refrigerate the bottle, but it will not hurt it either (do not freeze though).

Store the bottle away from direct sunlight in a dry place.

The shelf-life of a standard tincture is 1 year from the date of manufacture.
